Shipping and delivery

Delivery area

We only deliver to delivery addresses in Germany.

Delivery time

The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from conclusion of the contract. If a different delivery time or a delivery date is stated for an item or size, that information applies. A delivery date is the latest day of delivery. Most orders leave us within 24 hours on working days.

If you order items with different delivery times, we deliver in several parcels. This does not cost you any additional shipping.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free.

Withdrawal and returns

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. All details are in our instructions on withdrawal. If you withdraw from the contract, we refund all payments we have received from you. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Transport damage

If goods arrive with obvious transport damage, please complain to the delivery driver straight away if possible and let us know at info@hustleandpain.com. If you do not, this has no consequences for your statutory rights, in particular your rights under the legal guarantee. It does, however, help us assert our own claims against the shipping company.
