Shipping & Returns

We ship your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. We only deliver within Germany. Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days and shipping is free.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Just email us at info@hustleandpain.com and we will get back to you with everything you need for the return.

You pay the direct cost of the return. Please send the goods back unworn and in their original condition. We recommend sending them insured and with tracking, so you can prove the return.

Once we receive your withdrawal, we refund the purchase price including the standard delivery costs within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order. You will not be charged any fees for this.

We may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back with us or you have shown proof that you sent them back, whichever happens first.

We do not currently offer direct size exchanges. If the size does not fit, send the item back within the 14-day withdrawal period and order the right size again. That way your piece is reserved straight away and you do not have to wait until your return has reached us.
