Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To do so, fill in the form and click “Confirm withdrawal”.

How your withdrawal works

  1. Fill in the form and click “Confirm withdrawal”.

  2. You’ll get a confirmation of receipt by email straight away. This means your withdrawal has been declared in time.

  3. Send the goods within 14 days to: HUSTLE&PAIN, Alexander Klenner, Johannesstr. 72, 70176 Stuttgart, Germany. You bear the cost of the return. Ideally send it with a tracking number.

  4. You’ll get your money back via the same payment method, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. We may wait until the goods are back with us or you have shown proof that you sent them back.
