1. Scope 


The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

 

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options


The purchase contract is concluded with Alexander Klenner, Hustle&Pain.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained during the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email. 


3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage


The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.


4. Delivery Conditions


Delivery options
We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the order process.  
We only deliver by shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible. 


5. Payment


The following payment methods are generally available in our shop. 


Credit Card

You enter your credit card details during the order process. 
Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

 
PayPal

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. 
     The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further information can be found during the order process. 
    PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.
Sofort (Klarna)

Payment by Sofort (formerly Sofortüberweisung) takes place immediately after checkout. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider "Klarna". There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction via Klarna. After successful payment, we receive a confirmation from the payment provider "Klarna" and thereby accept your order. Please note that a payment confirmation by Klarna may take up to three days. This is beyond our control and we cannot influence it. Only after confirmation by Klarna can we process your order and initiate shipping. Your order remains reserved until then.

Apple Pay

Payment via Apple Pay takes place directly in the shopping cart. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider "Apple". This requires an Apple user account. There you can select your payment data and confirm the payment instruction via Apple. After successful payment, we receive a confirmation from the payment provider "Apple" and thereby accept your order.

Google Pay

Payment via Google Pay takes place directly in the shopping cart. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider "Google". This requires a Google user account. There you can select your payment data and confirm the payment instruction via Google. After successful payment, we receive a confirmation from the payment provider "Google" and thereby accept your order.
   

6. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory warranty rights apply. 

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service 
Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop. 

7. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
